Travis Hermance had demonstrated a number of strengths in improving employee health and our organization’s performance. He enhanced team building and proactive communication between employees at Stanley Street Treatment and Resources, Inc. by developing and supervising regular case conference meetings, which have continued to be successful over the past 18 months. Travis assisted in developing and facilitating an intensive outpatient program at Stanley Street Treatment and Resources, Inc. This program has allowed clients to receive immediate access to treatment and increased income for our organization. He exhibited excellent leadership and collaboration among employees throughout the integration of this program. Travis was always willing to offer his assistance and had an excellent rapport with the many constituents he worked with including clients, employees, and our executive management team. He would be an asset to any organization and I recommend him to assist in any aspect of organizational development.
-- Nancy E. Paull, CEO Stanley Street     Treatment and Resources, Inc. (SSTAR)

“The parents, I feel, really enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity to share their concerns with the group. They found your presentation most informative. Thank you for your enjoyable insight!"
-- John J. Short Principle, Providence Public     Schools

“The discussion stimulated by your presentation was striking and, I am sure, a benefit to every parent present. I would encourage you to arrange similar discussions at other schools around the city and, as soon as is practical, back at Classical. Thank you again for your efforts on our behalf."
-- Larry O’Brien Program Coordinator,     Classical High School Community Association
