Credentials and Experience You Can Trust
Travis Hermance is the founder of Hermance Associates with over twelve years of experience working with groups, organizations, systems, and individuals. Travis is a licensed independent clinical social worker with expertise in group work, conflict resolution, and substance abuse treatment. He has been actively involved in research, staff development initiatives and improving the performance of organizations. Travis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Roger Williams University and a Master of Social Work degree at Simmons College. He holds memberships in the Northeast Human Resource Association, the Employee Assistance Professional Association and the National Association of Social Workers.
